Yesterday myself and some of the other girls on the course I do were invited to do the makeup for the Diploma in Fashion and Clothing and BA (Hons) Fashion end of year shows. This included work from all levels, from diplomas right up to graduate.
The makeup was designed by fellow course mate Thalia (check out her blog HERE) in the brief she stated she wanted a neutral look inspired by high end fashion shows, with strong highlight, structured cheekbones, perfect brows and barely there mascara.
These are the two lovely models I had the pleasure of working on (excuse the bad lighting)
I loved being a part of this, although it was stressful, very hectic and EXTREMELY warm , our little team worked so well together! I enjoyed the whole experience so much and can’t wait to do more fashion shows.
I must mention L’Oreal Lumi Magique Primer. This product is actually AMAZING. A high street dupe for MAC Strobe Cream, this luminescent liquid has all highlighting bases covered. You can use it as a primer, mix it with foundation or just whack it on the cheekbones for an amazing dewy glow without looking sweaty- perfect for the new strobing trend that I am SO behind!
Let me know your thoughts on strobing, your favourite highlighting products or anything else the comments!
